We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and therefore we always strive to make the use of our services secure. We are obliged to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act. This privacy policy serves to clarify what data we collect from you, for what purpose we use it, and how we protect it.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the use of services and materials of Big office d.o.o. (hereinafter: big-office.hr) by the clients of aplikacije.hr, and for employment at Big office d.o.o.

Please note that as part of the improvement of our activities in order to improve our services, amendments to this data protection policy may be required. In that case, we will notify you thereof.

2. What data is being collected and forwarded

The personal data we process are data about you as a client, collected during your ordering and visiting big-office.hr or during your completion of the Client’s Consent Statement, data about you as employees of big-office.hr pursuant to the Labor Act and other applicable regulations, as well as data you provide when making your payments via a bank account or when establishing and executing contractual relations between you and big-office.hr, which may be directly or indirectly related to you. These are the following data: full name, telephone number(s), residential address, e-mail address, date of birth, PIN, bank details in case of bank payments.

Cookies

In order to improve your browsing experience, we need to store a small amount of information (cookies) on your computer. Over 90% of all websites use this practice, but according to European Union regulations, from 25 March 2011 we are obliged to ask for your consent before storing the cookies. By using the website, you agree to the use of cookies. By blocking cookies, you can still browse the site, but some of its features will not be available to you.

What is a cookie? A cookie is information stored on your computer by the website you visit. Cookies usually store your settings, and settings for the website, such as your preferred language. Later, when you visit the same website again, the internet browser sends back cookies that belong to that site. This allows the site to display information tailored to your needs.

The default cookie saving and sending activities are not visible to you. . However, you can change your internet browser settings so that you can choose whether to approve or reject requests to save cookies, delete saved cookies automatically when you close your internet browser and so on.

Google AdWords

This tool can be used to store visits to websites for the purpose of remarketing on Google and the Display Network. Your browser stores cookies when you visit the website, which allows you to be recognized as a visitor when you load websites that belong to the Google network. These pages offer you, as a visitor, ads related to content you’ve previously loaded on some other sites that use Google’s remarketing options. You can reject Google AdWords data collection at https://www.google.com/settings/ads.

Google AdWords conversion tracking

This can generate conversion statistics that measure the effectiveness of our online advertising campaigns. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. According to Google’s data protection provisions, no personal data is processed. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you may suspend the use of the data for this purpose by disabling the Google Conversion Tracking cookie via the cookie usage settings in your web browser.

Please note that current web browsers accept cookies according to standard, default settings. You can set the settings in your browser so that they do not allow all or only certain cookies or so that you are asked for approval to accept a new cookie. Instructions for accepting cookies can be found in most browsers via the “help” option in the menu list. In these instructions you will also find instructions for deleting already accepted cookies.

4. Pixel conversion measurement to track Facebook visitor activity

Presence on the Internet uses the “Visitor Activity Pixel” of Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). This is a cookie, a small text file that is stored on your computer and can be uploaded from your computer. It can be used to track users’ activities after they have seen or clicked on an ad on Facebook. In this way, the effectiveness of Facebook ads can be measured for the purpose of statistical evaluations and market research. The data collected in this way are anonymous for us, i.e. they cannot be linked to the identity of the user. However, this data is stored and processed by Facebook, so it can be linked to the user profile in question and Facebook may use it for its own promotional purposes in accordance with the Facebook Data Policy (www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). You can allow Facebook and its partners to advertise on and off Facebook. For this purpose, a cookie will be stored on your computer. 5. Sharing

Our website has integrated sharing fields on social networks Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA as well as Instagram, San Francisco, California, USA. In addition, an e-mail sharing field can be integrated. You can identify the sharing fields by their logo.

Only when you click on the specific “sharing field” on our website (and only then) is a direct connection established between the browser and the server of the operator of the social network in question. According to the operators of these social networks, no personal data is collected by social networks without clicking on the respective sharing field. This data, including IP addresses, is collected and processed only for persons registered on the respective social networks. If you do not want your visit to our website to be linked to your social network account, please log out of your social network account.

At this point, we emphasize that big-office.hr has no insight into the content of transmitted data, nor into their use by social networks. More information on the use of data by social networks can be found in the Data Policies of these social networks.

6. Data use

We use your personal data in full compliance with legal provisions.

Personal data that you provide to us when you order from and visit big-office.hr, when you fill out the Client’s Consent Statement, when you make payments via a bank or when establishing and executing contractual relations between you and big-office.hr, will be collected be processed exclusively in the framework of fulfilling our legal obligations (for example, data on employees that big-office.hr is obliged to collect under the Labor Act) or contractual obligations towards you based on your consent.

After you give us your explicit consent, we will use your data to deliver materials related to the services in question, mutual communication, including birthday greetings, and related actions and activities, as well as to inform you about the offer of services of big-office.hr, promotions with discounts, novelties, workshops, educations, promotions, and for the purpose of promoting big-office.hr.

7. Security and data transmission

To protect your data, we use passwords, web firewalls, antivirus programs and other security measures according to the current state of the art. When communicating via e-mail, the security of data transmission can only be guaranteed according to the current state of the art.

The data on the client listed in the Client’s Consent Statement are kept on the original of this statement and in electronic form. The originals of these statements are stored in a locker whose access is protected by a key, and access to the list of clients of aplikacije.hr and to the data on clients from the statement stored in electronic form is protected by a password. The retention period of the mentioned data is two years from the date of the last interaction of the client with big-office.hr.

The originals of the Client’s Consent Statement are mechanically destroyed within two years from the date of the client’s last interaction with big-office.hr.

The director of aplikacije.hr as the responsible person, and employees of big-office.hr have access to the list with client data and client’s consent statements, since such access is necessary for the execution of obligations and services of big-office.hr towards the clients in questions, and it is arranged in accordance with legislation. Every client has the right to inspect personal data that are a part of the client list of big-office.hr and that are being processed (for example on the list of service users).

Personal data provided by the client for the purpose of payment via a bank are collected in electronic form and stored on a computer, and access is password protected. The director of big-office.hr has access to the above data. The retention period of the said data is determined in accordance with the applicable regulations, in particular accounting regulations.

Personal data being collected are stored as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of data collection and processing. Client data specified in the Client’s Consent Statement collected for the purpose of sending notifications about services and promotion of big-office.hr are kept until the client’s consent is withdrawn, and no later than two years from the date of the client’s last interaction in big-office.hr.

Responsible persons and employees of big-office.hr who have the right and authority to access personal data collected by big-office.hr undertake to sign the Confidentiality Statement to permanently maintain the confidentiality of personal data and act in accordance with applicable legislation and rules of big-office.hr.

Your personal data may be passed on to certain contractual partners of big-office.hr, if big-office.hr decides to hire them.

Specifically, we may engage certain partners to fulfill our obligations (for example, accounting service) and provide out services, communicate with members, manage our online presence and access, fulfill some of the purposes stated in this Policy. Your personal data will be forwarded to the contractual partner of big-office.hr if they are needed to perform a specific service related to you. We will select these contractual partners carefully to ensure lawful and secure data processing. Furthermore, these contractual partners will be obliged to use your personal data only for certain purposes in accordance with our instructions and in accordance with Croatian legal provisions on personal data protection. The use of data by contractual partners for other purposes is excluded.

We will not pass on your personal data to persons other than the above-mentioned contractual partners, unless you have given your consent.

Given the nature, scope, purpose of collection, use and processing of personal data by big-office.hr, including the fact that the collection, use and processing are not performed to a large extent, nor are special categories of personal data being collected, i.e., aplikacije.hr and its services are not subject to the legal obligation to appoint a personal data protection officer, big-office.hr has no such officer appointed.

8. Right of revocation, provision of information, change of data and contact

By signing the Client’s Consent Statement or using our website, you agree to the use of your personal data in the manner described in the stated Client’s Consent Statement and this Data Policy.

At the same time, in accordance with the current legislation on personal data protection and the rights it gives you as the owner of personal data, of which big-office.hr has informed you, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data; the right to withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data at any time, for the future without giving a reason; as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Withdrawal of consent is done in writing (by letter or e-mail) to the following publicly available address of the headquarters; Big office d.o.o., Klaićeva 62, Zagreb, or info@big-office.hr. Such withdrawal will prevent the future use of your personal data by big-office.hr.
