The Three Wise Men set out on their journey just around Christmas. The roots of project management go back two thousand years. They had a mission and a vision. They had soft skills too. They did not start the project without gifts – the best they had to bring, just as every good team member enters a project with what he/she knows best and has in his/her arsenal of skills. Following thereby their strategy as a shining star in the sky, the goal is certainly achievable. If “Herodian” obstacles are encountered during the project, they simply choose an alternative return route to accomplish the mission.
